Does Swift offer free migration from other software?

We do! We’ve helped tons of facilities migrate from almost every company in this space, so we’ve built a repeatable process for an easy migration. It’s worth noting that our migration is specifically limited to customer data (names, emails, phone numbers, etc).

Depending on how your memberships are structured, we may also be able to help migrate those over. At the moment, we don’t support automatically migrating bookings, services, package credits, or any other data.

Does Swift offer a free trial?

We don’t offer a trial, but instead provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. This allows you to commit to the software with an initial payment, but try it at no-risk. If it doesn’t work out in the first month, we’ll refund you the full payment - no questions asked.

How long does it take to get setup on Swift?

It only takes a couple of hours! Onboarding is done via a personalized call with a member of our team, where they’ll help you setup your account. If you’re coming from an existing software, we’ll be able to automatically migrate your customer data within 2-3 business days, so you can launch with Swift as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay for training or additional support?

No! We don’t believe in tiered customer support, you’ll get the same care and attention from our team, regardless of what plan you’re on.

Am I locked into a contract if I switch to Swift?
