EZFacility is large and complex, and it takes multiple days to learn and get trained on the tool. This becomes a big concern, especiallly if you have new staff members or interns joining periodically. In contrast, you can get setup with Swift in minutes without any training.

It also has some very frustrating restrictions with staff members and spaces (which they call "resources"). For example, instructors available for lessons block the space from being booked by the public, even if there aren't any lessons going on. This means a loss of possible revenue.

Their online booking portal is also hard to navigate, and not optimized for mobile - which means you likely won't see a drop in call volume from athletes and parents.
