What are the most common reasons people switch from StatStak to Swift?

What does StatStak have or do that Swift doesn't?

Great question! StatStak’s origin as a player development tool (rather than a facility management software) means they have certain features (ex: leaderboards for player metrics) that Swift doesn’t have currently. If that’s important to you, StatStak might be a better fit.

Do you offer free migration from StatStak?

We do! We’ve helped tons of facilities migrate from StatStak and almost every other company in this space, so we’ve built a repeatable process for an easy migration. It’s worth noting that our migration is specifically limited to customer data (names, emails, phone numbers, etc).

Depending on how your memberships are structured, we may also be able to help migrate those over. At the moment, we don’t support automatically migrating bookings, services, package credits, or any other data.
