The biggest change since the start of the year is.... well, you! Our Swift family of users has grown insanely in the last 12 months - by 147,106 to be precise 😅

Swift has been with you through thick and thin – powering everything from membership payments, rentals, and lessons. We can’t even begin to imagine we’d see $32M+ in online payments in a single year, let alone 768k bookings, when we started Swift 4 years ago!
In a world where every company seems to be raising their prices (and using inflation as an excuse), we actually DROPPED ours at Swift.
Just in time for the holidays, our team reduced processing fees across the board – notably decreasing online payments from 3.5% to 2.9%. This is equivalent to an estimated savings of $192,000.
This year, we’ve seen major releases like self-check-in, equipment management, the Swift admin mobile app, wallets, service schedules, and so much more. We polled some of you to find out what your favourite new feature of 2025 was, and here are the results 🥳
It wasn’t just big releases this year. Behind the scenes, we rolled out 235+ minor improvements and bug fixes—the small refinements that make Swift faster, smoother, and more reliable—helping your facility run better and saving you time every week.
