🤑 Lower Processing Fees
Lower fees are here!
Our team has worked incredibly hard on the backend to bring down our processing fees, and we’re excited to say that as of December 1st, rates are dropping from 3.5% for online payments to 2.9% and in-person payments will go from 3.3% to 2.7%.*
These changes may seem small, but they have massive implications for your business's bottom line.
To put things in perspective, let’s use a real-world example from a facility using Swift:
Let’s say they processed $26,000 in online payments this month. With our current fees, they would’ve lost $910 in processing fees (not including the $.30c per transaction). With the new pricing change, the processing fees would have been only $754 - a nice $154 bump to your bottom line, all without you lifting a finger!
Spread across a full 12-month period, this facility is set to save $1,872 in processing fees.
Applying this fee reduction across all facilities on Swift means we’re saving our facilities hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.

*Please note: membership billing processing fees will remain at 3.5% while we complete a phased rollout of our new in-house membership management architecture as a result of a Stripe limitation. For more details, see below.
💳 BETA: In-house Membership Management & Billing
The beta is in full swing for our newly designed in-house membership management and billing infrastructure.
There’s a lot of highly technical jargon going on in the background here, but the bottom line is this new system allows you to:
- Apply custom fees to memberships
- Reduce membership processing fees to 2.9%
- Build biweekly and quarterly billing increments
- Bulk update membership pricing
- and more!
With the complexity of these changes and needing to migrate over active memberships, our team is monitoring the beta release until doing a gradual release to all facilities on Swift!

We’re quickly approaching the annual ABCA Convention located this year in Columbus, OH. For our team, this is easily one of our favorite times of year! Working with hundreds of baseball facilities, we get an opportunity to finally meet you face-to-face, hear your stories and experiences with Swift.
We’re back for our 4th year and planning to make it our biggest convention to date!
