We kicked off the new year with a big focus on self-serve improvements inside Swift. We also welcomed two new engineers to our team, and they’re helping us lay the foundation for a very busy year to come.

January Product Updates
A major theme this month was reducing the need to contact support for common requests. Things like changing your booking page link or fixing a customer’s email used to require help from our team. Now, you can handle these updates yourself in just a few clicks.
Here are a few of the biggest wins:
1. Ability to change subdomain
2. Ability to change customer email
3. Receipt download column in sales & revenue reports
4. Membership joined on date
5. + dozens of quality of life improvements and bug fixes
Changing Subdomain
If your facility is going through a rebrand and you need a new booking page link, it’s now a simple click of a button. Navigate to your “Basics” settings and click the “Change” button next to your booking page link. This will prompt you to update your booking page link.

Important: Be sure to update any links on your website or social media. Old links, including direct booking links, will stop working once the domain is changed.
Changing Customer Email
Admins can now update a customer’s email address directly from their profile.
In the “Contact” tab, click the “Change” button next to the email field to correct typos or help customers who are having trouble updating it themselves. No more support tickets required.

Receipt Download on Sales & Revenue Reports
We added a “Receipt” column to Sales & Revenue reports.
This helps you download receipts directly from the report table when filtering by customer, service, or date range, to pull specific data. By eliminating the need to open individual customer profiles to download receipts, this will save you serious admin time!

Membership Joined Date
As we continue moving membership billing in-house, we’re rolling out more detailed membership data.
You’ll now see a “Join Date” column in a customer's membership activity. This is especially useful for tracking churn, rewarding long-standing members, and keeping a closer eye on membership trends.

Swift @ ABCA Columbus
Earlier this month, our team travelled to Columbus, OH, for the annual ABCA convention. As always, it was one of our favorite events of the year.
We hosted another Facility Owner’s happy hour, which was a huge hit with 40+ owners and coaches present.

While in Columbus, we also stopped by Hit House Ohio and Bat Flip Baseball to check out their space and talk about their experience with Swift.
