September Product Updates
Here’s a look at what was released this month:
- Reordering service categories
- Service images

🔝 Reordering Service Categories
Your booking page is the heartbeat of your facility. We’ve already rolled out tools like Preview Text to help you customize it, but one big request kept coming up: the ability to reorder service cards.
Now you can. 🎉
No more default order (like “Rentals” showing up first) if that’s not what you want. Just head to the settings gear on any service category page (like Rentals), select Service Display Order, and drag cards into the order you prefer. Your booking page will instantly reflect the change.

🖼️ Service Images
You can now add images to your service cards, giving each service its own unique look and helping customers quickly spot what they’re after.
Not ready to add images yet? No problem—any service without one will automatically display your facility’s banner instead.

To upload an image, navigate to your service and upload a file.

Please note: This update only applies to the branded booking page at the moment. Support for service images will be coming to branded mobile apps very soon.
🆕 🔧 Equipment Management
Our team has been quietly working on equipment management (and add-ons). We're excited to get part 1 of this huge new feature into your hands in just a matter of weeks.
Before we do, though, we wanted to share a sneak peek so you can start thinking about how to best take advantage of the feature at your facility.
TLDR: Coming soon, you will be able to add "Equipment" to your facility, similarly to how you add "Rooms" - equipment will become bookable spaces at your facility with its own dedicated calendar.
That's not all, though. "Equipment" can actually be linked to various rooms and schedules, meaning that if your HitTrax is only available in one cage and/or only at certain times, you can create that distinction within Swift.
This feature will also enable you to set up services that reserve equipment - creating clear services and tidying up your booking page.
