👾 Ad conversion tracking (in beta)
Running paid ads is just part of the game now, sports facilities included. And the big question with any ad spend is always the same: is it actually working?
Previously, even if you had ads running to your booking page, none of the purchase/booking data was getting sent back to the ad platform.
Not anymore! We're now beta-testing our integrations with the most popular ad platforms - Google, Meta, X, and TikTok.
How does it work?
In plain terms, these pixels quietly connect your Swift booking page to your ad platform, like Meta Ads, so every booking that comes from an ad gets counted.
With tracking pixels enabled, you’ll finally see which ads are bringing in real revenue — and which ones are just burning your hard-earned money.

To set up conversion tracking, navigate to your "Integrations" page under "Settings".
If you don't see this section on your account, contact us to be added to the beta testing group.
🔔 Push notifications stats & attribution
In the spirit of tracking your facility's growth, the Swift branded mobile app unlocks one of the highest-converting ways to reach your customers: push notifications.
The catch? Until now, you couldn’t see how the app and your notifications helped your business.
That changes today!
Now in Swift, you’ll see some key stats around delivery, performance, and revenue attribution of your push notifications sent from the app under the “App Notifications” page.
You’ll finally be able to calculate the ROI of the app and tie your notifications back to real dollars earned for your business.

✏️ Custom fields for packages & memberships
Last month we released custom fields — already a hit for expanding what kind of information Swift can capture.
Now they work on packages & memberships too, not just bookable services.
Add a checkbox for membership terms, collect a shirt size for a swag package, or collect whatever other registration details your business needs.
Every facility on Swift is different, and custom fields let you document the details that matter most to yours.

💲 Taxable vs non-taxable retail products
Depending on your state or province, some items like a baseball bat might be taxable, while others like sports drinks aren't.
This made the old global tax setting a real headache for retail — facilities were splitting purchases into multiple smaller transactions or falling back on a third-party POS just to get tax right.
Learning from that, we've moved "Tax Rates" into product settings, so tax is now calculated per item within a transaction rather than applied to the whole transaction at once.

📅 Public calendar view improvements
The public calendar is a great way to show customers your bookings and open slots, but for instructor-led events, it was missing a key detail: who's actually teaching.
Now instructor names and profile photos appear on this public view, so customers can see at a glance which coach they've booked, which cage to head to for their lesson, or when their favorite instructor has an open slot.
